Our Cloud Vm's are on a resiliant structured farm, and we keep the hosts and endpoints updated.
The VM is the responsibility of the end user to update, if you need help with this please open a ticket and our team will advise.
Please keep your password safe, we cannot recover this.
- We do not BACKUP your server, we recommend you keep a copy of all your data off the cloud.
- We do not support the playout software as standard, we will try and help in office hours, but OOH yo will need to raise a ticket with the playout provider
- A simple restart of the cloud VM will generally fix most problems, please make sure you have tried this before rasing a ticket, unless you have a PRO support plan
